My name is Jennine, but feel free to call me Jen. I would like to give a little background on myself and the purpose of this blog. I am a wife of almost 20 years, mother of three teenagers, teacher of high school English, Bible Studies coordinator for Women's Ministries at my church, and PhD student of Literature at Kent State University.
My love of reading and writing brought me to blogging about books five years ago, but in the past two years I've felt God pull me in a different direction: to write with transparency about His work at hand - offering hope, encouragement, and the love of Christ to those around me. It is this piece of my journey, blog writing transparently about living life on purpose, that I'd like most to share with you. I hope you will be blessed by what I have to share and know questions and discussion are encouraged on anything posted. We are blessed with a community with whom to share life and grow.
